Accessible Employment BC is brought to you by Spinal Cord Injury BC and is intended to facilitate a link between job providers reaching out to the untapped workforce of people with disabilities and job seekers with disabilities looking for these employment opportunities.

For Job Providers – Accessible Employment BC provides employers the opportunity to target their job openings directly to people with disabilities and provides  access to information resources relevant to employers, such as “Duty to Accommodate” and “Myths and Facts about Hiring and Working with people with Disabilities”.

For Job Seekers – Accessible Employment BC provides job seekers with disabilities the  opportunity to post their resumes and market their particular skills directly to employers who are committed to employment equity and developing a diversified work place.
